Aviva V. Brueckner

Avi is an autistic woman born to an Israeli mother and a German father in East Berlin. At 13 she joined the street protests that toppled the Wall and brought democracy to her country. Since, she has lived in three countries on three continents, having visited many more, and holds degrees in law with a minor in economics, in physical therapy, and in graphic and design. History, politics, and sports are her passions. On the weekends she moonlights as scullery-maid in her mother’s bakery and delivery service.
